Many Bf players use the game manager instead of the web. Before BF closed their forum players would go to the forum to report technical issues. Now they are directed to this forum. There are many issues a BF player may need BF support rather than CNE support. It's just a suggestion, thought it would be helpful.

Before if a player was having an issue they would be able see in the BF forum if it is a known issue. Then they would know if they need to submit a ticket for assistance or not. If they decide they need more assistance there are links that give help resolve issues like one with the GM before submitting a ticket. It's similar to your help options. As I said, it's just a suggestion.
