Griz's Quantum Coaching is strange. It gives information that currently it gives 100% bonus EVEN though the ability wasn't purchased yet and Griz wasn't in formation

Bat Billionaire's formation abilities don't work at all i.e Bat-o-level, sidekicks and Smart Investing. There were no Mindy nor Turps in formation but there were Viktor and Casey

I just figured out that Griz's favoritism requires robots but they don't have to be affected by Pep talk nor renegotiation. The description is kinda misleading... or that's not how it works?
