It's just Amazon Web Services experiencing brief moments of downtime. We are monitoring the situation, in case something goes seriously wrong. Like yesterday (Jan 18th) it should hopefully clear up in a little bit, and you can get back to whacking bushes smoother. **Edit: Please contact us at bw2support@codenameentertainment.com if the downtime lasts more than 10 minutes.

My card has been charged. I know for sure I don't have the pet (rocket) in my inventory. I am not sure about the other parts of the package because I don't remember what I had before. BF responds fast but they generally don't fix anything and just give me a game credit (I am a member for PC games). I haven't been able to find any special instructions in this forum for submitting a ticket for those of us on BF (or other platforms). The pinned post reads as specific to FB. Thank you!
