bothe cooldown times for the abilities (storm rider et al) are obviously not right
even after restarting several times, this problem is persistent on both kong and steam the times are different each time i restart and each time are all equal to each other, with values of 6:42 for instance i first noticed this before the server maintenance and hoped it would be resolved afterward, but it isn't |

Erika/AlynianaWe will see what was a cause of the server and fix what issues remain that weren't related to the server.
