Kaines' Dinner of Doom is back with a vengeance, and this year you can unlock Chef Casey, a support Crusader with a randomized pot of tasty buffing stew! Chef Casey occupies slot 27 on the bench! Also included are four other challenging new objectives, which you can read about on the blog, and all the other fun that tier 3 events updates bring! Enjoy!

I'd like to start working on getting Chef Casey, but I can't access anything but Free Play for Tier 2. What am I doing wrong?
