The idea behind it this year was to award the veterans who've been playing long enough to have lots of Max Power trinkets. Everyone can get at least 1 whack, but not all players will be able to get all 4 bonus barbells, which is why the prize is so small.

After whacking the strong man for the 1st time today, the bearded lady said to come back in a day or so. So I used any power I had, only to go back a couple hours later, and found that I was able to do another whack. Now I have no power accumulated. GRRRRR !!!!!
Lvl 440 "Other Peoples Problem Solver!" 5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 25th 2017 at 4:22 PM Raymond it makes absolutely no sense to save up power for a day or even a few hours. once the strongman is available then it's time to go get some power. i normally use all my power and my mana when i am playing. but perhaps others play differently.

I don't know why the bearded lady said to come back in a day or so. A typo or a glitch maybe? @Raymond, I always use power as I get it, but I would not have used what I had in this instance had I known I could return immediately to whack the strong man again.

I didn't get it at 20, 30, or 40. I did get it at 50. I also got the second one at 50. I am now at 90 and she tells me I have full power but my arms are like balloons. How much do I need to get the third award? And is the third award worth it?

SS had to rewrite this ..I used a power Squat Rock Idol.. trinket not a rune...ev11 will use what they want too..ok....with a FULL power bar..for my 4th hit....voila done.....so ev1 will be diff..as too what they use....

Unclear why she didn't explain the exact numbers on this forum, but here it is: "For the first time, you need to have a full Power bar, no matter what your max Power is. So if you want to make the first time easy, you would remove any Trinkets that increase your Max Power, so you're back at the base 20. After that, you need 50, 100, and 150 minimum Max Power, with a full bar, to claim additional prizes on additional days."

And I just got the last character needed, but it glitched. When the ball hit the target, the character (Nate) didn't go into the tank, and I couldn't throw another ball. Maybe next time.

Is there a trick to getting your own person to appear (other than wearing the helmet) or is that also random? Ugh. I just want that last one over and done with.
