Courteous R.Anyone else dealt with this? The overlay is on in Steam settings, and it's only happening on this game. Would love to buy a Yogspack but it's been weeks since I could make purchases. Ticket opened for days but not getting anywhere.

AleopheusFor me, logging off from steam and logging in again helped me with this issue.
Sometimes my web-overlay stopped working and Steam cannot identify me. Seems to be a problem with my network connection. |
