883DaveI purchase chests in order to get the 50% idol reset bonus, when the servers are down I do not get the full allotted time that I have paid for.
Should codename reimburse us for the time their servers are down? |

And to answer your question: From my perspective, no they should not. It's such a huge thing to introduce to follow up on each and every player who might have encountered this kind of issue that it probably needs additional people, CNE needs to hire just for this. |
