Now I've created a Kongregate account using the same e-mail. What happens if I start playing CotLI on Kongregate, too? Will it load with all my AG progress? Shall I lose all my progress? Will they be totally independent? Will it be possible to have two tabs with the game active at the same time?

But not in 2 tabs, but instead in 2 separate browsers. it might be possible with 2 game platforms to have those in 2 separate tabs.
