Thien Nguyen DangToday, after finishing daily quest, I obtained 25 Rubies and push my rubies count to 120. I immediately go to the shop and buy a Jewel chest, but then I suddenly lost 25 rubies but didn't obtain any Jewel chest.
Here's the proof: Play History indicates that I did obtained 25 Rubies from daily quest, which make my Rubies count sum up to 120. But I only have 95 in the picture. http://imgur.com/3gpGzMc p/s: I don't want to disclose my Idol counts and Item so I delete some part from the photo. |

Thanks for the report. We're aware of the bug and it's on our fix list. If you put in a help ticket using the "Help and Support" link in the footer of the game, or the Support link on Armor, we can look at your account and return the rubies. Erika |
