It's not a real problem but a minor inconvenience: When I upgrade my crusaders 10 or 100 levels at a time and spend all my gold on it (the lvl up button switches from green to grey) and I collect more gold, I have to release ctrl or shift before I can further level up the same crusader, even though I have enough gold again.
