How to solve the 15 game?

This effectively changes it from a 4x4 to a 3x3 puzzle. But, if you're feeling confident and impatient, just knocking out the top two rows first might be better for you. Oh! And for the very beginning, I would start the top row by doing it in halves (ie, do pieces 1 & 2 first, then pieces 3 & 4).
